+How long do the meals keep?
Three days in the fridge (0–4°C). Pop them in the freezer on arrival and they keep for up to a month — though they rarely last that long.
+How do I reheat?
Microwave: about 3 minutes with the lid vented. Stovetop: 5–7 minutes over low heat with a splash of water. Crispy items do best in an oven or air fryer, uncovered.
+Where do you deliver, and how much is the fee?
Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, and Consolacion at launch. A flat delivery fee per area is itemized at checkout — never hidden in the food price.
+How do I pay?
GCash and cash on delivery while we serve our founding group, with cards and other e-wallets to follow once full online payments go live.
+Who cooks the food?
Our head cook, in our own home kitchen in Consolacion — never a commissary. Small batches, twice a week, labeled with the day they were cooked.
+Can I order for someone else?
Yes — many of our early customers send boxes to parents, students, and relatives of OFWs back home. Their address and mobile number go in at checkout.
